This essay is for students who are preparing for IELTS exams. There is a method for improving your English rapidly. This method is widely known as "Total immersion language learning method". It was developed in 1960's by a set of school teachers for teaching Spanish language to Mexican students. Here I am sharing a set of techniques derived from "Total immersion language learning method" for improving your English speaking and listening skills.

These Techniques are derived from "Total Immersion Language learning method"
1). Spend at least 1-2 hours with an English teacher in a one to one contact class. This will increase your interaction with teacher and learn faster.
2). Make friendship with English speaking people. Spend maximum time interacting with them. This will improve your accent and pronunciation.
3). Make a group with like minded friends. You can form a group with your friends who are preparing for IELTS exam. It can range from intricacies in grammar to new flicks released in the town. You have to make a promise that you will not utter a single word in your native language during this meeting. If you don't know a word to express, spend time and try to express it in another form.
This approach will increase confidence in pronunciation, speaking, and listening skills, which is key to developing a love of the language, and also helps build a solid foundation for grammar, reading, and writing. So wish you all a good "Immersion."
